High fiber fruit and vegetables help maintaining oral hygene. Soft and sticky foods should be avoided because they attach and get between the teeth providing a favourable place for bacteria to grow. Food and beverages containing sugar or starch feed the bacteria ,producing acid.
Acid attacking the teeth for 20 minutes. We recommend to limit your consuming of snacks between meals and choose instead nourishing foods : cheese , raw vegetables, plain yogurt or fruit in order to stop enamel braking.
